Commencement of recruitment of foreigners in the Internet Registration of Foreigners – IRC system for 2025/2026
2.02.2026
The last day of submitting applications and paying registration fees (the date of receipt on the UWr account is decisive)
31.08.2026
Last day to submit missing documents
Date of uploading the last document in the IRC at the latest 2 weeks from the receipt of information on missing documents, but not later than on 4.09.2025
Announcement of the recruitment results
Within 14 days from the date of submitting the complete set of documents in the system, but no later than 14.09.2026
The final date of payment of the tuition fee (the date of inflow of funds to our account decides if the payment was done within the deadline)
4 weeks from the receipt of the Letter of Offer but no later than 18.09.2026
Final date for submission of original documents or notarized copies (by post or in person)
From September, immediately after the student’s arrival, but not later than 30.10.2026
