Highly competent international team

Our principal investigators form a group of internationally acclaimed scholars in the fields of astronomy, theoretical physics and astrophysics, and computational physics. They conduct research at the forefront of various areas. Those with a focus in astrophysics, work on gravitational waves, cosmology, supernova and neutron star physics, and computational simulations of stellar explosions. Those with an emphasis on astronomical research are focused on stellar physics and stellar oscillations, physics of the Sun, galaxies, and other cosmic objects. Our investigators have long-term experience working with partners both nationally in Poland and internationally all over the world. Our students can start their research within the master’s thesis and collaborate with our national and international partners from the very first day. .
