So far the attention of scientists dealing with superconducting HEAs has been mostly focused on simple BBC type crystal structures. In his project Bartosz Rusin will focus on new HEA superconductors with slightly more complex structures, i.e. CsCl and CuAl2, in order to study those systems in terms of better critical parameters. His studies may contribute to finding new materials that could be later applied e.g. in constructing superconducting magnets. The academic supervisor of this project is dr hab.
