Naqvi, Sadia Siddiqa, Maciej Matyka, Rama S. R. Gorla, and Md. Mamun Molla, titled <em>Enhancing Crossflow Dynamics through the Gas Injection from Multiple Cylinders<\/em>. Maciej Matyka&#8217;s group from the Institute of Theoretical Physics, concerns the phenomena of gas dispersion in the flow of a fluid through a system of cylinders immersed in a fluid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The paper relates to fundamental research into the nature of flow and the phenomenon of fluids mixing with each other, is the result of many months of calculations and solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations performed by Naqvi using OpenFOAM software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work is done under the INERTFLOW grant, \u201cInertial Effects in Fluid Flow in Complex Porous Media\u201d (NCN 2021\/43\/I\/ST3\/00228) carried out from 2022 to 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"bs__links\">\r\n    <div class=\"bs__links__section\">\r\n        <ul class=\"bs__links__list\">\r\n                            <li class=\"bs__links__list__item\">\r\n                    <a href=\"https:\/\/projekty.ncn.gov.pl\/index.php?projekt_id=537586\" class=\"bs__links__list__item__link\">\r\n                        Link to the program information \r\n                        <div class=\"bs__links__list__item__link__before__icon\">\r\n                            <div class=\"bs__links__list__item__link__icon\">\r\n                                <svg width=\"40px\" height=\"40px\" viewBox=\"0 0 22 16\" version=\"1.1\">\r\n                                <g stroke=\"none\" strokeWidth=\"1\" fill=\"black\" fillRule=\"evenodd\">\r\n                                    <g>\r\n                                    <polygon points=\"13.4875 0 12 1.6215 18.7875 8 12 14.3795 13.4875 16 21.9995 8\" \/>\r\n                                    <\/g>\r\n                                <\/g>\r\n                                <\/svg>\r\n                            <\/div>\r\n                        <\/div>\r\n                    <\/a>\r\n                <li>\r\n                    <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The figures show selected simulation results of the dispersion phenomenon under study presented as constant speed contours (the brighter the color, the higher the absolute value of the speed).
