This transition is an order-disorder transition and is related to the dynamics of the organic cation Q. Measurements of electrical permeability revealed the sample&#8217;s ability to switch between two states &#8211; high (&#8220;ON&#8221;) and low (&#8220;OFF&#8221;) permeability around 258 K (Figure).
