Cross-validation of meshless Navier–Stokes solvers in porous media flows
A team of employees of FPAUWr and the “Jožef Stefan” Institute in Slovenia, including Dawid Strzelczyk, Miha Rot, Gregor Kosec, and Maciej Matyka, has just published a paper comparing two methods of numerically solving the Navier-Stokes equations, including in the context of porous media.
The paper titled Cross-validation of meshless Navier-Stokes solvers in porous media flows published in the renowned journal Scientific Reports (Sci. Rep., 15, 33837 (2025)) is a direct effect of both groups cooperating under the NCN OpusLAP grant “Inertial effects in fluid flow in complex porous media” no. 2021/43/I/ST3/00228.
