On 11 June 2025 a Pole will fly into space – watch live report!

Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski – an astronaut in the ESA project – will set out to the International Space Station in the IGNIS mission, as part of the Axiom Mission 4 (Ax-4) flight.
The launch of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from platform 39A in Florida (NASA Kennedy Space Center) will take place on 11 June (note: this is an update of the previously announced start date) at 2:00 PM (Polish time). Sławosz will be the mission specialist aboard the Dragon capsule.
He will be accompanied by: Shubhanshu Shukla (India), Tibor Kapu (Hungary).
Commanding will be an astronaut from the USA – Peggy Whitson.
This is the second flight of the new generation of European astronauts as part of the commercial crewed mission Axiom Space. 🔭
