RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
Important dates
| Commencement of recruitment of foreigners in the Internet Registration of Foreigners – IRC system for 2025/2026 | 3.03.2025 |
| The last day of submitting applications and paying registration fees (the date of receipt on the UWr account is decisive) | 31.08.2025 |
| Last day to submit missing documents | Date of uploading the last document in the IRC at the latest 2 weeks from the receipt of information on missing documents, but not later than on 7.09.2025 |
| Announcement of the recruitment results | Within 14 days from the date of submitting the complete set of documents in the system, but no later than 15.09.2025 |
| The final date of payment of the tuition fee (the date of inflow of funds to our account decides if the payment was done within the deadline) | 4 weeks from the receipt of the Letter of Offer but no later than 19.09.2025 |
| Final date for submission of original documents or notarized copies (by post or in person) | immediately after the student’s arrival, but not later than 31.10.2025 |
